iBall
Indian brand that needs to make a comeback
Year Established: 2001
Headquarters: Mumbai, India
Parent: iBall Worldwide
Our Findings
Be it a laptop, router, mouse, USB drive, mobile phones or speakers – iBall had a significant presence in India over the last decade. However, like most low budget electronics manufacturers, iBall too is dependent on China for its resources because when it comes to localisation, China has the cost advantage. Little is known about this company’s future plans, but it’d be safe to assume that it would try to take advantage of its Indian roots for creating better products.
